Important Update on Your Pre-Order for JULY DELIVERY HOODIES

Hi,

Firstly, we want to sincerely apologise for the delay with your pre-order.

We know waiting longer than expected is frustrating, especially when you've trusted us with your order. We want you to know that we never take your patience for granted, and it is never our intention to keep our customers waiting longer than necessary.

We wanted to provide you with an update on where your order is currently at.

Our pre-order shipments have officially started arriving into New Zealand from today 31st JULY. This is exciting news, however before we can begin dispatching orders, every shipment must first clear New Zealand Customs.

Unfortunately, customs clearance is something completely outside of our control and can take anywhere from a few days up to 15 days, depending on processing times. We genuinely wish we could speed this process up, but until the shipments are released, we are unable to begin dispatching orders.

We also want to be transparent about another delay we encountered. Just before our shipments were due to leave China, there was an unexpected increase in international freight costs. We had to work through this with our shipping partners before the shipments could depart, which caused an additional delay to the original timeline.

We know this isn't the experience you expected when placing your order, and for that, we sincerely apologise.

As soon as each shipment clears customs and arrives at our warehouse, our team will:

  • Complete quality checks on every garment.

  • Sort each colour as it arrives.

  • Begin packing and dispatching orders as quickly as possible.

Please remember we are a small team of 3 mums. As shipments arrive in batches, some colours will be dispatched before others, we will do out best to ship every order as fast as we can. 

We are a small New Zealand business, and every order means the world to us. We truly appreciate every customer who has chosen to support us. Please know that delaying orders is never in our interest. Our priority has always been to get your order to you as quickly as possible while ensuring the quality you expect from us.

📦 What Is a Pre-Order?

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock and are being produced especially for this collection. 
Please note: all dates provided are estimates only and may change due to factors outside of our control.

🛍️ Ordering Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order items must be purchased separately from in-stock items.
    This helps avoid double shipping costs and delays.

  • Orders that contain both pre-order and in-stock items may experience delays or additional shipping charges.

⏳ Timeframes & Updates

  • The timeframe is an estimate only.

  • We will do our best to update this page monthly as information becomes available.

  • If there are no updates from our suppliers, there may be nothing new to share during that period.

  • Lack of updates does not mean your order has been forgotten — it simply means production or shipping timelines have not changed.

🚢 Shipping, Customs & Dispatch

Once your pre-order arrives into New Zealand, the following steps occur:

  1. Customs clearance

    • This process can take up to 15 business days, depending on workload and arrival timing.

    • Customs delays are outside of our control.

  2. Quality control checks

    • All items are inspected before dispatch.

  3. Dispatch

    • Orders are shipped by style and by order date, not all at once.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delays can occur due to production, shipping, or customs.
